Aleesha Young has established herself as the top female bodybuilder professional in the final quarter of the 2010s. Aleesha, born in 1984, is from an athletic family. Her siblings and father played ice-hockey, but her father was into bodybuilding. Aleesha played soccer, softball as well as basketball until she began bodybuilding when she was fifteen. Aleesha was granted her professional card when she won the NPC USA Championships in 2014. Her first year of competition she did so in the year 2008. In 2014, she competed in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro and finished 9th. She maintained a ninth-place finish for 2015. Aleesha was 6th place in both 2015 and 2016 in her participation in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha has been steadily growing and in 2019 she took the first professional title, in the Chicago Pro Championships. The best bodybuilder's performance at WOS Rising Phoenix. WOS Rising Phoenix took place in the year 2020, when she snagged the 4th place. However, the "World's strongest mother" was forced to stop her training due to health issues.
